Product Description

Aluminum Handguards Designed Exclusively for KLX230 and Sherpa

Made from high-strength aluminum alloy, these handguards are built to withstand off-road riding.

The specially shaped handlebar clamps prevent interference with cables, allowing a smooth, bolt-on installation on stock handlebars without modification.

  • The main arm, which is made of a high-strength aluminum alloy, reduces damage to the vehicle in the event of a fall.

  • The handle clamps are specially shaped to avoid interference with brake hoses and wires for installation.

  • The stock bar-end covers can be bolted on to the stock handlebars, while retaining the stock bar-end covers.

  • Optional sliders (sold separately) can be installed. Reduces damage to the vehicle due to tipping over.

  • Optional bumpers (sold separately) can be attached. Protects the unit from being scraped or scratched when tipping over. Can be replaced and refreshed at low cost.

  • A wide lineup of hand protectors sold separately. A wide variety of variations are available to suit different uses, including protection against mud and tree branches as well as rain and wind.
