Product Description

Washable high intake efficiency air filter.

Unlike the factory dry filter, it can be used repeatedly by cleaning with special air filter cleaner and filter oil.

It withstands dusty off-road driving and is cost-effective because it can be reused instead of disbikeded.

Compared to the factory filter, the new filter improves not only air intake efficiency, but also sand and dust adsorption effectiveness.

Increased intake efficiency also contributes to increased horsepower. The filter is strong enough to withstand repeated cleaning and air blowing, and is resistant to high temperatures.

  • High-quality non-woven fabric is used. By sandwiching the non-woven fabric between steel mesh coated with zinc plating and epoxy resin, it is resistant to deformation even under intense air intake and fiber expansion. Furthermore, it is heat resistant and can withstand temperatures as high as 140°C.

Maintenance method

STEP 1

Remove large waste such as dust.

STEP 2

Spray the air filter cleaner all over both sides and clean it if necessary using a soft brush or something similar.

STEP 3

From the back of the filter, thoroughly wash away dirt and filter cleaner with running water.
[Repeat the steps 1 to 3 repeatedly depending on the level of dirt. 】

STEP 4

Wash with warm water dissolved in neutral detergent.

STEP 5

Rinse thoroughly and allow the detergent to dry thoroughly.

STEP 6

Spray air filter oil on both sides.

STEP 7

Leave it for 5 to 10 minutes to make sure the oil is still infiltrating and then attach it to the vehicle.

If you drive immediately after installation, oil may be inhaled into the engine, causing engine malfunction. Dry moderately according to your air filter oil usage.
