Product Description

A complete wheel kit built with the same high-spec parts as the AR1 Motard wheels developed for competition use.
This Motard-specific wheel set combines Z-WHEEL’s dedicated M50 rims, Asterlite hubs, aluminum nipples, and stainless steel spokes into a ready-to-run package.

[ M50 Rim ]
Specially designed for supermoto, the rim is made from A7000-series alloy for an ideal balance of strength and durability.
Both front and rear wheels are available in 17-inch size.

[ Asterlite Hub ]
Crafted from a cylindrical high-strength aluminum alloy block and precisely machined down to one-tenth of its original weight.
This delivers a lightweight yet rigid hub with a clean, premium finish.
All internal parts such as bearings are already press-fitted.

[ Aluminum Nipples & Stainless Spokes ]
High-strength Z-WHEEL aluminum nipples reduce weight compared to OEM steel nipples.
Matched with Z-WHEEL high-strength stainless steel spokes for superior durability.

[ Wide Rim Spec ]
Compared to OEM sizing (Front 3.00×17 / Rear 4.00×17), the AR1 Motard Wheel Kit uses wider rims (Front 3.50×17 / Rear 4.50×17).
This provides more tire options and adapts to everything from touring to full race use.

[ Hub Design for Easy Conversion ]
The front hub positions the brake disc in the same location as stock, making conversion straightforward while reducing weight by about 550g per hub.
Bearings and seals are designed to be OEM-compatible.
