Complete Motard Wheel Kit
Assembled using the same parts spec as the AR1 motard wheel for competition bikes.
This complete motard wheel kit combines Z-WHEEL’s motard-specific M50 rim, Asterlite hub, aluminum nipple set, and stainless steel spoke set.

[ M50 Rim ]
Super-motard–specific rim made from A7000-series material, offering excellent strength balance.
Both front and rear wheels are available in 17-inch sizes.

[ Asterlite Hub ]
High-strength cylindrical aluminum alloy is machined with precision down to one-tenth of the original weight, maintaining a beautiful finish while prioritizing strength and lightness.
All internal parts, including bearings, are pre-pressed.

[ Aluminum Nipples & Stainless Spokes ]
Z-WHEEL high-strength aluminum alloy nipples reduce weight compared to OEM steel nipples.
Z-WHEEL high-strength stainless steel spoke set is included.

[ Hub Design Feedback from Motocross ]
Motocross hub design adapted for DRZ400S/SM.
High-strength aluminum alloy is fully machined, achieving higher strength and lighter weight compared to OEM cast hubs.
For models from 2004 onward, hubs are designed without dampers for a lighter, more direct feel.

Precautions

  • All parts are designed exclusively for the complete kit and are not factory-compatible.
  • When installed on DRZ400S, the speedometer cannot measure the speed correctly; it is necessary to replace it with the stock meter gear for DRZ400SM.
  • Not compatible with hub damper. When installing on a stock vehicle with hub damper, it is necessary to replace the rear sprocket and sprocket side spacer for 2003 or earlier DRZ400S models.
