Product Description
A complete motard wheel kit built with the same high-spec components as the AR1 competition wheels. This kit combines Z-WHEEL’s Motard-specific M50 rims, precision-machined Asterlite hubs, lightweight aluminum nipples, and reinforced stainless steel spokes into a ready-to-install package.
[ Engineered M50 Rim ]
Supermoto-specific rim constructed from A7000-series alloy, offering outstanding strength and balance.
Both front and rear are set in 17-inch size.
[ Precision-Machined Asterlite Hub ]
Carved from a solid block of high-strength aluminum alloy and reduced to one-tenth of its original weight through advanced machining.
Designed for rigidity and weight reduction, while maintaining a premium appearance.
All internal components, including bearings, come pre-pressed and ready to use.
[ Lightweight Aluminum Nipples & Stainless Spokes ]
Equipped with Z-WHEEL high-strength aluminum nipples, significantly lighter than OEM steel.
Matched with Z-WHEEL stainless steel spokes for excellent durability and performance.
[ Wide Rim Specification ]
Compared to XR250 Motard OEM wheels (Front 3.00×17 / Rear 3.50×17),
the AR1 Motard Wheel Kit adopts wider rims (Front 3.50×17 / Rear 4.50×17).
This provides a broader range of tire options, delivering excellent performance for both touring and racing.
[ Hub Design Refined from Motocross Feedback ]
OEM XR-series wheels use a different spoke pattern than motocross models, resulting in lower lateral rigidity.
The AR1 Wheel Kit incorporates motocross hub design feedback to increase rigidity while also achieving a weight reduction of approx. 700g compared to OEM hubs (front and rear combined).
