Product Description
High-strength aluminum alloy is machined with ultra-high precision using a multi-axis multitasking machine.Designed with weight in mind down to the smallest detail, the side wall cutouts not only reduce weight but also excel in mud removal.
All internal parts such as bearings are already press-fitted. In addition, the parts are compatible with the factory parts, so the factory parts can be used as replacements.
In addition to use with R50 rims, only the hub can be replaced with stock wheels.
Black is available in addition to the manufacturer's color for each wheel. All are anodized.

Thorough weight reduction
The Asterite hub is strong enough to meet the requirements, but at the same time it is thoroughly lightened by machining.
As shown in image (1), the central body part is boldly machined on the inside, a difficult process even though it is not visible. Since the oil seal press-fit part (image #2) does not exert a great deal of force, its thickness was reduced to contribute to weight reduction.
The accumulation of such small parts results in a weight that is 2/3 that of other companies' products. -
Distance collar
The material used is A7075 T6 aluminum alloy, ensuring sufficient strength. The rear distance collar is machined from all but the two ends to reduce weight even though it is not visible from the outside. -
Hub design
The front hub adopts a "concave design" that draws a gentle R shape in the shape of a mortar in the central body. While the thickness is thin, the curves are designed to catch and channel power. The inside of the hub is also machined in a shape along the outer circumference, so there is no unnecessary thickness. -
Original Compatible Bearings & Oil Seals
The reason for making them compatible with the original is simply to have the advantage of "using genuine parts that are easy to obtain during maintenance," but the most important factor is to "use the size set by the vehicle manufacturer for the vehicle body balance. The most important factor was to use the size set by the vehicle manufacturer for the balance of the vehicle body.
