Product Description

Simply replace the factory locknut and spring seat to facilitate spring preload adjustment, which used to be a difficult task.

Instead of using a locknut, a band system used by WP and other manufacturers is used, which can be locked and unlocked with a 5mm Allen wrench.

The spring can be easily adjusted by simply turning the spring body by hand, even when it is attached to the vehicle body, without the need for repeated tapping when adjusting the pre-load.

  • Special rubber is placed on the contact surface with the spring seat. Turning the spring body rotates the spring seat together for easy adjustment.

  • The threads on the inside of the body are made of high-strength resin, just like those made by WP. The threads on the inside of the shock body are made of the same high-strength resin as those of WP.

  • A Teflon ring is placed on the lower mounting portion of the spring to allow the spring to turn smoothly. It also releases friction caused by twisting when the spring expands and contracts, preventing damper movement from being adversely affected.

  • The M6 bolt can be inserted and tightened from either direction, allowing the user to select an easily accessible orientation to suit the vehicle.

  • When used in conjunction with the DRC Sag Checker, suspension setting can be easily performed from measurement to adjustment.
